Participated in the Stuck at Prom scholarship contest
Created a dress inspired by my Fijian heritage, using traditional patterns and mixing them with modern silhouettes.
I had the opportunity to make a duct tape jersey for the Executive Vice President & General Counsel of the Seattle Mariners, Fred Rivera. I represented the School of Apparel Design and Development at this gala to help raise money for students who do not have the means to afford their education.
I had the honor of representing our fashion program at a state-wide fashion conference, where I showcased my outfits. As a student representative, I not only presented my designs but also engaged in discussions about my educational experiences and the benefits of our school. This opportunity allowed me to highlight my creative journey and share the innovative projects I've worked on, including my standout duct tape dress. Participating in this conference was a significant achievement, showcasing my skills and passion for fashion design.
